Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be processed the same day it is received and will ship, in most cases, within 5-7 business days for stock items and within 10-12 business days for Custom Orders after Design Proof is approved.

We ship anywhere in the United States at NO CHARGE for orders over $99 (those under $99 will incur a flat $8.95 shipping charge) using UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS or equivalent.  We cannot ship to PO Boxes - please provide a physical address for shipping.

Please contact us if you would like to discuss expedited shipping or production options for an additional fee.  Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and U.S. holidays are not considered business days. Also note that while we strive to always meet or exceed these guidelines, we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes increase production or shipping times.

Return Policy

We make every effort to ensure that you will be completely satisfied with your order. In the rare event that there is a problem, please contact us. Stock items can be returned in the original, unopened package if you contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order. Some items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Custom orders including message flags, striped, paneled, and custom printed flags are not returnable.
